The Luxman D 321 player does not stand out among others in appearance. Player control is intuitive. The processing of user-enabled modes is somewhat slow. The functionality is relatively narrow. The indicator is very clear. The Luxman D 321 player is equipped with an indicator switch and has the quietest mechanics. Unfortunately, the player is not equipped with a digital output.

The sound at low frequencies is concrete and rich. Only when playing some fragments of a sound recording can one get the impression of a slightly reduced bass density. In general, the sound is very pleasant and balanced, transparent with lively timbre coloring. It seems that a player of a higher class is working. Unfortunately, the overall good impression of this CD player is somewhat diminished by the poor quality of the headphone output.
