Luxman A-353 Amplifier

In this test the oldest company "Luxman" is presented by full amplifier A-353. Its design and circuitry were made with the use of all achievements of "300" series. Vivid LED indication of operating modes is applied in the amplifier, and LED, built-in in the handle of motorized volume control, blinks under front panel control. In addition, certainly there is a traditional indicator of supply connection phase. The terminals for connection of headphones, CD inputs and vinyl disc player are gilt, the others are simple. And connection of both MM and MC types head are possible. Record selector allows to make record on any of two tape recorders with through path of four signal sources and to make copying in any direction with the possibility of CD player's synchronous start. The remote control of RA-373 has quite many possibilities (43 functions and an additional switch key), and the system bus allows, above all, to realize full order set for all blocks, connected to this bus. Specially designed output amplifier on discrete elements develops quite big output power with a little distortion, and schematic decisions, used in tone controls, gives subjectively clear, crystal sound with good space effects. Balance and tone controls shutdown in the LINE STRAIGHT mode, input signal, passing these chains, goes directly to the power amplifier. Existing linear output from the preamplifier and liner input of power amplifier give the opportunity to connect any device of signal processing (e.g. the equalizer or processor Dolby Pro Logic) to this scheme arm. So, you can successfully use this amplifier as the first brick in the building of your home theater. In different compositions the amplifier showed very good, clear sound with effective channel separation at the whole sound range.
