Design. Here is an inexpensive DVD-player Luxman DVA-250. Its Achilles heel is the lack of HDMI. This can hardly be justified only by cost - much cheaper models are equipped with such interface. Video-DAC 12 bit works on not the highest height (108 MHz), however six audio DACs are not worse than in competitors...
