Jamo E6 Sub Subwoofer

Jamo subwoofer demonstrates the branded approach of the Danish company, expressed by the motto "Let's get personal". E6 Sub is clearly designed for that category of listeners, which can let the appearance of sullen bulky box in the apartment only in the nightmare. With the body's volume of 55 liters the subwoofer looks very compact. When signal is on, LED on the faceplate lights up in green. A relatively small driver is installed in the bottom of subwoofer; the service board and bass-reflex port are on the rear panel. There are only linear inputs and outputs for switching, and "tulips" are equipped with protective caps. A ten-meter cable is included- an extremely useful thing. Radiation phase is regulated smoothly (in the range of 0°-180°). Spikes can be screwed into legs. The finish is beech grain.

Apparently, the optimal frontal partners of E6 Sub can be any shelf speaker systems and not too bass floor speaker systems. It is clear that E6 Sub is not going to compete with huge by depth and bass power subwoofers, but the confident accuracy of the system in the transmission of the components of middle and upper bass affects well the quality of the transmission of rhythmic modern music. In movie the subwoofer is a bit modest in major catastrophic scenes, but it is good in shootings and elaboration of sharp bursts of sound energy that, particularly, testifies to the successful slur with satellites.

E6 Sub is suitable for work with almost any shelf speaker system. It is good for cinema, not bad for musical applications. It is valuable that the subwoofer is compact. The important condition of a good sound is moderation at selecting modes.
