Spendor CR3 Center Speaker

Spendor CR3 is a two-way shelf monitor, put to the side. It has a closed acoustic design and built on a pair of the branded units. A 140-mm woofer, the diffuser of which is cast from the patented ep39 polymer, carries the main load. The tweeter with 22-mm dome has a liquid cooling of sound coil. This allows not only withstand high input power, but also easily bear sharp spurts of the signal, transferring them with minimal distortions.

The speaker system clearly positions spatial effects and without any noticeable damage for intelligibility. We should praise perfect articulation and naturalness of timbres that positively affects the naturalness of the playing of nature sounds. Despite of small size, CR3 is not very inferior in overloading capacity to competitors, but, nevertheless, a slight compression of the signal may appear at high volume. It is better to place Spendor CR3 at ear level of a seated listener - you will achieve maximal sense of immersion into what is happening on the screen.
