DALI IKON Vokal 2 Center Speaker

IKON series is a successful implementation of the branded technologies, borrowed from more expensive models. The brightest example is a hybrid high-frequency module, which a simple dome fabric tweeter and flat ribbon driver are installed on. Such combination allows you to achieve wide polar pattern and also to reach "the tops" of 30 kHz. MF/LF-drivers in Vokal 2 are made of cellulose-wood pulp; wood fibers are well noticeable on the diffuser's surface, their random arrangement allows suppressing resonances earlier than they manage to make distortions. The front panel reminds a two-layer sandwich. Two small ports of the bass-reflex are placed on the front panel. On the back panel there are only gilt terminals, which support "bananas" and bi-wiring.

DALI IKON Vokal 2 showed superbly balanced sound. Tonal resolution of any material, primarily musical, is very large. At the transfer of individual timbres (speech, instruments, vocal elements) the loudspeaker penetrates into a considerable depth. The picture at HF part is especially beautiful. Due to the perfect dynamics the system will not falter even before the most brutal movie scenes.
