Mirage UNI-Theater Soundbar

Once you remove a semicircular protective grill from Mirage UNI-Theater speaker system, the branded Omniguide modules, which the tweeters are mounted in, will immediately strike your eyes. These modules are deflectors for MF/LF-drivers and allow you to get the same polar pattern as if the whole array of drivers is on the front and rear panels. It's interesting that Omniguide "saucers" of front channels are installed at an angle so that sound can reflect better from the side walls, creating more volumetric stage. Each of built-in speaker systems consists of 19-mm hybrid titanium tweeter, one active and two passive polypropylene units with the diameter of 75 mm. On the back panel there are three pairs of sprung gilt terminals and also a switch, allowing you to switch the modes of junction with wall or a stand depending on a specific method of installation.

Sound. Sound of the speaker system from Canada significantly differs from competitors. The features of Mirage UNI-Theater sound are firstly connected with how the speaker system interprets sound space. Stage turns out to be airy, volumetric, spacious, unexpectedly extended in depth. The loudspeaker as if envelops virtual elements of panorama with very beautiful acoustic veil. As a consequence, speech articulation in movie dialogs and attack of sounds are perceived to be a bit smoothed (but not melted). In comparison with other systems, Mirage sound, perhaps, is the most comfort.
