KEF iQ6c Center Speaker

Elliptical body of the system for central channel of iQ series from KEF is beautifully flexed. This distinctive element of the design minimizes internal reflections, which result to distortion of sound. The main feature is coaxial construction of MF-speaker with the diameter of 130-mm combined with aluminum tweeter. Their coaxial arrangement improves a polar pattern and increases the detailing of sound. Such head is called Uni-Q, mounted inside the body in the individual compartment and is "know-how" of the company. In iQ6c it is added with two LF-speakers with increased speed and ultra-low level of distortions, located on both sides of Uni-Q module. Although the mid-range looks like made of titanium, in fact this is only coating, but looks very nice. On the back wall of the body there are massive screw terminals and a small bass-reflex port.

Sound. The main advantages of KEF iQ6c are very high transparency, good panorama of the image in depth. The model as if slightly softens the contrasts and contours of details - absolutely without prejudice to the information content. High distinctness and the depth of transfer of different sound textures make the listening exciting and cause involvement. Due to high dynamical resource the model perfectly plays any material.
