Magnat Vector 203 Bookshelf speakers

Magnat Vector 203 have large bodies made of thick MDF panels, tied up with internal partition and finished with qualitative vinyl film. Due to the increased volume it became possible to equip the system with a woofer of a decent caliber (170 mm), which is loaded with bass-reflex Airflex port. The driver at the same time has several characteristic features: a cellulose membrane is with impregnation, durable cast basket is made of ABS and sound coil is vented. You can also find lots of interesting in the construction of the tweeter. An inch dome diaphragm is made of synthetic Teteron silk and enclosed into a small horn. In addition, the tweeter is equipped with a decent magnetic system that allows to withstand a significant input power.

The sound of German pair differs by very wide frequency range and enviable dynamics. With this the monitors naturally transfer the attack and timbres of the most of musical instruments. Claims to linearity of playback are minimal here. Aurally you can note only a slight rise of the response at high frequencies, expressed in a bit lightened transfer of male voice. In midrange the systems are quite corrective. Surely, it is hard to achieve an ideal accuracy of timbres in budget system, but too big liberties are not observed in this sense. Sound stage in the presentation of Magnat Vector 203 turns out to be extremely scaled. At the edges of space the localization slightly falls, but within the perimeter only few competitors can boast of such accuracy of positioning of imaginary sources.
