OMNI series is a decisive step of Mirage on implementing the "omnipolar" technology in the system of moderate price layers. In OMNI 50 LF/MF-driver is directed up and its radiation is dissipated by convex lens; installed in the upper part of the lens the tweeter also radiates up and its sound is dissipated by smaller lens. Thus, all directions in horizontal plane are almost equal. Drivers can be hidden using two decorative grills.

Deep, weighty bass is not the main impression from the sound of Mirage OMNI 50. The image of space is full of characteristic charm. Sometimes there is a feeling (primarily in studio recordings) that the solo performer with his instrument in the listening room. At the same time the system does not allow the loss of stage and the fullness of this sense weakly depends on the listener's position. Definitely, transparency and temperature of image depends on the characteristics of a room: in muted room the sound is warmer, in more resonant - cooler, lighter.
