Exposure 3010 S2 Amplifier

This is the second version of the popular model - 3010. Keeping the unchanged appearance, the engineers of Exposure exposed it to a serious internal modification. For example, they borrowed the pre-section (works in clear A class) from the older amplifiers of the company and built output cascades on the powerful bipolar transistors with high current rates. Power circuits were also changed - by number of innovations the engineers could significantly reduce interference in low-voltage circuit, increasing signal-to-noise ratio. The minimization of signal circuits and use of audiophile capacitors with low losses played not the last role too. The number of input terminals (six pairs) can satisfy almost any requirements. Moreover, the amplifier can be equipped with high class equalizer module at the additional charge.

During the listening the amplifier showed quite smooth sound with a little accent on the mid-bass area. However, generally this is attractive firstly by subtle middle frequencies and neat correct tops. Voice spectrum is presented here at its best - you can find fine tones here and the highest detailing. The attack seemed to be a bit smoothed - drums (especially at their abundance in the composition) loose a bit in pressure and rhythm. You can put a solid A to space. Images are material and the scene itself has a certain perspective. There is no any emptiness between the acoustics.
