The front panel of Roksan Kandy K2 Power amplifier is made in the same style as the rest components of the series, but due to the specifics of the device, a minimum indication is displayed. The power button is located interestingly - you do not expect to see it in the bottom left part of the amplifier. A significant part of the internal volume is occupied by the toroidal transformer with a capacity of 500W, it also determines the impressive mass of Roksan - 14 kilograms. Among the specified technical characteristics we can note a rather high output power (2 x 125W per 8 Ohm) and a signal-to-noise ratio of 100 dB. Another parameter, which is worth noting, is a decent, more than a hundred, damping coefficient. The English amplifier is equipped with a pair of line inputs, one of which, designated as Trimmed, has an independent level control, useful for fine tuning of the overall volume.

Roksan Kandy K2 Power amplifier demonstrates excellent dynamic qualities. Its sound is filled with drive and expression and at the same time is endowed with special delicacy and attention to details. It excellently works out the lower part of the range, where it creates an amazingly powerful, but fast and precise bass with the correct transfer of rhythm and structure. The upper range is no less skillful -you fail to find noticeable side tones or faults, discants are focused. The middle turned out to be slightly simplified. Formally, you can not give a claim to the playing of voice spectrum, but it lacks the richness of colors and sincerity inherent in the equipment of the highest level.
