The sound of the CR85 is perceived as strictly tonally balanced. With a rare ease in this class, the CR85 generates rich bass. It may be a little loose, but with good macrodynamics and a solid power reserve. On the complex musical material, subtle secondary effects are slightly concealed, which leads to the impression of some kind of schematization of the image. For the same reason, the projection of the stage space is somewhat simplified. At the same time, in a wide range of levels, the sound remains clear, only with a clearly excessive volume at medium levels, the transparency decreases.

Any electronic music sounds very expressive in the performance of the CR85 - from its most severe and energetic forms to the most calm ones. For the theater, the suitability of speakers for wall mounting can be very handy.
