Aiwa NSX-V800 Mini stereo system

New from Aiwa is a series of models "NSX Dynamic Sound". Justifying this corporate slogan, the Aiwa NSX-V800 is dynamic in the broadest sense of the word: high output power of 60 watts per channel (RMS, at 10% distortion), extensive functionality and modern design. One of the features of the Aiwa NSX-V800 model is a CD player with an automatic carousel-type changer. The changer is designed to load three CDs and is located on the top of the device. A transparent window with colored illumination involuntarily attracts the eye, especially during the process of changing discs, when an opportunity opens up to look into the mystery of the world of mechanics. The control and monitoring panel includes a "super key" switch with six equalizer positions, a motorized volume knob and a two-color display that shows the current state of the device and a seven-band spectrum analyzer. The sound field multi-position switch is quite original and requires some skill to use. By concentrating the selection functions of the graphic equalizer and digital processor modes in an easily accessible place on the panel, the developers seem to be pushing the user to experiment with sound. Moreover, speakers with a proprietary feature are also adapted for this: special speakers that implement the surround sound function. The formation of an acoustic field of the "Front Surround" type (extended space) in the Aiwa NSX-V800 mini-system occurs as a result of additional reflection of the selected part of the sound stream from the walls of the room.
