DALI 202 Bookshelf speakersThe Danish two-way speaker system is the smallest sized in Blue series. Obviously, the developers of Dali 202 believed that small size is not good enough reason to limit rights of music lovers for rich bass. The results of measurements in low-frequency area at first caused slightly cautious attitude to the speaker, differing by correct behavior to music material. The raised sensitivity in the area of upper bass successfully creates the impression of smooth fullness of the display of low-frequency register. Low-frequency support is especially convenient when the amplitude level of input signal is not very high. Even at symphonic classics in this case Dali 202 amazes by good quality of mid-low-frequency chain. At extremely high volume levels the accent in the upper bass becomes more noticeable and this, however, doesn't have a destructive meaning for modern electro musical forms, rather vice versa. For classics, you still want more clarity in the image of contours of low frequency sound and that response to music event will be better. MIDs response to volume increase with some decrease of transparency. In the conditions of comfortable power the style of transfer of both mid and high frequencies contains all best features of the style of sound reproduction of the Danish systems, which is characterized by high reliability of tone ratio transfer and good detailing. Space of the stage is formed well and the presence effect is achieved. From the musical repertoire the loudspeakers cope better with modern styles, including hard. Jazz and chamber classics are very convenient. |
